Usability testing

Everything we design is prototyped and tested in collaboration with your target audience before any budget is spent on web or app development. We do everything we can to increase its chance of success.

Tried and tested with your audience

What is usability testing?

Gather insight and feedback directly from your users with a round of usability testing. It can be used with both existing products and newly created prototypes to understand the successes and pain points of using. This is a great way to find potential issues and save money before you spend your budget on developing the wrong solution.

How will usability testing benefit my business?

Testing designs and structures ahead of development will save much more money in the long run. It has been said by Roger Pressman that finding issues in the design phase and rectifying them is 10x cheaper than fixing them post launch. You can usually find 85% of the issues by testing with just 5 users which is very important when you consider that “Ease of use” is cited as the most important quality for mobile apps by 97% of users*.
